Here is step by step to locate a book.
  • Search book through catalog inside the library or by internet.
  • Check whether the status of the book is IN or OUT. You can also check the status by internet.
  • If the status of the book is IN, check the location of the book.
  • 3rd f/l means the book is in the 3rd floor and can be borrowed outside the library.
    2nd f/l means the book is in the 2nd floor and can only be read inside the library.
    WBI means the book is in Kampus Jakarta (Wisma Slipi).
  • Write down the call number and material barcode.
  • Go to the shelves. There are numbers in front of every shelves to guide you. The first three of the call number shows the shelves number.
  • Search through the shelves according to the call number of the book.
  • Make sure that the material material barcode you find is same with the material barcode in your notes.
