Loan Policies

• Loans may be renewed one time in person (only if there are no prior requests for the item). Especially for teaching staffs, renewal may be done by phone.

• Reservation for a needed book which is out on loan could be made by request to the circulation section

• Fines will be charged for books returned after the due date, Rp 1,000,- per book per day

• Borrowers with overdue books or with standing obligations to the Library are not allowed to borrow unless all accounts are settled.

• Users are fully responsible for any loss of library materials. You will be required to replace with the same books.
